For Android:

Instructions: Setting -> More -> Tethering & Portable Hotspot

·       Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot – ON

For iPhone:

Instructions: Setting -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Options-> Cellular Data Network

Setting -> Personal Hotspot ->Turn on Hotspot
